Z Blade Mixers are used for mixing rubber, silicone, mastics and chewing gum up to 20,000,000 centipoise and solids such and ceramic pastes and powdered metals.
Z Blade Mixers are normally manufactured with high temperature heating jackets and internal vacuum
Z Blade Mixers have working capacities from 0.25 USG to 2000 USG.
Z Blade Mixers can be designed with product contact surfaces of carbon steel, stainless steel or AR400 abrasion resistant steel.
Z Blade Mixers are available with complete electrical control and several levels of automation.
